(b) theemployer and the part-time employee must agree a new set of guaranteed hoursunder clause 10.4. The employer may roster a part-time employee to work theirguaranteed hours and any additional hours in accordance with clause 15.2—Part-time employees and clause 15.5—Rosters (Full-time and part-time employees).
